  • If you are sick/coughing/sneezing/ or anything like that PLEASE do not book an appointment. Even if it’s due to allergies. I am immunocompromised.

  • If you appear to be sick, I will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment (WITH CHARGE).

  • Ladies please schedule when your “monthly” is ending. I have to charge if you cancel due to this reason. You can wear a tampon, or a cup.

  • I have a 6 Hour Late Cancellation Policy. (Not 24-48 hours, like most places.)🖤

  • Cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your service: No charge and you CAN reschedule!

  • ALL NO SHOWS: will be charged 100%: Non-Refundable! (You’re more than welcome to schedule a NEW appointment as long as the balance is paid in FULL.)
    If you don’t call/text to cancel.. there will be a 100% charge for missing your appointment.
    Text is best.. I can’t always answer calls.

  • Late Cancellation: (Less than 6 hours before your start time) will be charged 50% of your service(s) for holding that time slot.

  • Lately clients have been canceling services upon arrival.
    If you cancel services upon arrival (like canceling your leg wax because you decided to shave, or your menstral just started, or canceling for any reason) I charge FULL PRICE for that service, for booking that time slot.

  • Canceling and Rescheduling last minute is the same thing.

  • Please don’t be upset with me if you NO CALL / NO SHOW. I have to charge.
    It’s not personal, it’s business.     (This reservation was reserved for you, and no one else was able to book it.)

    To book an appointment online you must use a card. (This holds your appointment. You are not charged.

  • SAVE your card online if you don’t want to bring it in to pay.

  • Your card will never be charged unless

  • 1.You No Show or Late Cancel

  • 2.Your dismissed due to inappropriateness.

  • I have a 10 minute LATE GRACE PERIOD (11+ mins. is considered a NO SHOW) If you think you’ll be later than 10 mins please text me ASAP, I still may be able to accommodate you. You may have a shorter service but I do my best to fit you in.

  • If the Aesthetician is 11+ minutes late for your service, YOU WILL RECEIVE $10. OFF YOUR BILL.

  • THIS $10. OFF will replace any discounts under $10.00.
    For example, instead of a 10% Senior discount, you’ll get $10. off instead.🖤

  • Male Services:

    Okay: Here’s the deal..

    I want you to have the MOST COMFORTABLE experience possible.
    Unfortunately due to the behavior of some men, I have to put out this caution:
    All services are strictly professional!
    Any inappropriateness will result in immediate termination of service, and FULL payment is due!

    I’m more than happy to provide services for you as long as you understand my “No Funny Business Policy” !
    Which pretty much means..
    -Behave yourself the way you would if your mother was in the room.
    -No coming in with “toys” on your parts as a joke.. I don’t think it’s funny!
    -”Natural” reactions is okay.. as long as your respectful about it…
    - If your “Natural” reaction lasts during most of the service.. you need to try a different waxer.
    -No inappropriate jokes are tolerated.
    -Keep your hands to yourself. Do not touch me.. I don’t shake hands, or hug.
    -Some men are very respectful and wouldn’t think twice about being inappropriate. If this describes you... come on in!
    - I do my best to make this service as professional and as comfortable for you as possible.
    - You don’t have to explain why your getting this service. For some reason men do a lot of explaining.. Don’t worry! You can do it just because you want to. No judgement here.
    - I’m willing to provide this service because not all guys are creeps and many places don’t offer these services (due to reasons above).
    - My prices are high for first time male clients… to weed out the creeps.
    - After the first visit, your price will be $60.ºº
    - I DO NOT hang out with my clients. When you’re in my treatment room we are besties.. but I always like to keep a professional relationship with all clients.
    (I’ve actually lost male clients for not wanting to hang out).

No Refunds after service(s) rendered. No refunds/returns on products, unless they are unopened. All product sales are final!

  • CHECKS can not be accepted as payment. You can pay or tip with cash, but I do not carry any cash or change, so it needs to be exact.

  • YES! YOU CAN wax while on your time of the month! Just plug it, and come on in. ❤

  • Bikini wax services usually take about 10 minutes.
    TIP: It's best to schedule when your cycle ends. I do have to charge if you cancel due to this reason.
    Sorry but people try this all the time.

  • Treatment room is small so only one person is allowed in at a time.
    --Must be 18 years or older to book a reservation (ID may be required if you don’t appear to be 18).

  • No children, No friends, No family, No company, No pets Allowed (unless it’s a seeing-eye dog).

  • Building is Wheelchair accessible! YaaaaY! But my room is small. You can come in, in advance to see the room in person if you like.

  • Be sure to wipe down bikini area before bikini services.

  • You get $5.00 Off for each person you refer. (You receive credit after they receive their service.)

  • Send your male friends in to get a MANZILIAN.. but only the person being serviced will be allowed in the treatment room.

  • No Video recording or pictures.. unless given permission. I’m happy to take before and after pic’s (for you) with your phone, so you can view later.

  • I may ask you if I can take before and after pictures. If you agree, You will receive a $5.00 off discount for that particular service.

  • I am a one woman show, so I may not be able to respond immediately if I’m with a client, but you should get a response within about an hour. The best way to contact me is through text message. (301) 541-7113. I will respond as soon as possible.

    Tip:

¿Do you have a special event coming up? It’s best to get beauty services done a few times (months in advance) before the event. This way your skin is already accustomed to the products. If you’ve never done a service before, or if you haven’t had a particular service done in a long time, then your skin can react if it’s not used to certain products. Facials purge the pores of underlying debris hiding under the skin, which can cause a small break-out. With waxing, it’s common to have a reaction if your skin is not use to it. So, I don’t recommend getting any new beauty services right before a special event, unless you’ve already been getting the service.
